Web analytics measure things that are important to a webmaster, such as the load time of a web page and the number of pages viewed per visit. Market analytics, on the other hand, provide insight into business metrics such as traffic, leads and sales, and events (both on and off your website) that are important such as becoming a customer. Marketing analytics not only include data from your website, but from other sources such as email, social media and offline events as well.
